Our Florida “Team” consists of two members: Michael S. Ullian, SIOR, CCIM and Sandra W. Smith, REALTOR. Although their responsibilities may overlap and differ slightly, the combination of these team members enhance the success of Henderson Southeast Corporation.
Mr. Ullian is responsible for all real estate brokerage & development transactions on behalf of Henderson Southeast Corporation’s Florida real estate operations. Since 1985, Mike a native Floridian and a seasoned veteran of the real estate brokerage & development community, has played a vital role in completing hundreds of real estate transactions with numerous buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants in a variety of commercial & industrial real estate transactions. Mike is an active member of the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) and the Society of Industrial & Office Realtors (SIOR) for over 25 years, including past president of the Florida Chapter of SIOR.
Joining the Henderson Group in 2000, Sandra brings a personal dedication to its success, through Henderson Southeast Corporation. Her primary focus is asset management and support for our Tenants, which includes exterior and interior building maintenance for approximately 600,000 square feet of office, industrial, manufacturing, and warehouse space along with over twenty acres of vacant land. By providing on-site, hands on and after-hours assistance, Sandra strives to maintain a high level of Corporate and Tenant satisfaction. Another area of responsibility is leasing and marketing support to ensure the highest and best use of the Henderson portfolio. Through marketing tools, building site readiness, on-site touring, and lease preparation, Sandra contributes as part of the Team. Other areas of responsibility are the day-to-day function of the office, business records and cost optimization; all of which ensures the smooth flow of “business as usual” for Henderson Southeast Corporation.
